Pictured here is a weekly scheduled training on forcible entry that took place at the Fire District #13 training facility where firefighters practiced opening doors with irons and cut a garage door using a K-11 metal cutting saw. ⛏πŸͺš

The purpose of forcible entry training is to equip first responders and firefighters with the knowledge and skills to effectively and efficiently enter a building in emergency situations, such as during search and rescue operations, firefighting, or when responding to a hostage situation, and ensures that first responders can access the area where help is needed without delay, ultimately saving lives and minimizing property damage.
